Marketplace use

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their credentials, and comply with applicable law.
Listings, pricing, and product availability may change over time, and promotional content should not be treated as legal, tax, or professional advice.
kylescope may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate law, or create platform risk.

Billing and subscriptions

Each AI tool may have its own monthly subscription amount and billing configuration.
Payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and disputes may be subject to PayPal terms and any additional merchant-specific policies.
Before launch, refund rules, renewal disclosures, and tax handling should be finalized for each operating region.

Liability and jurisdiction

The service is provided on an as-available basis subject to maintenance, provider outages, and third-party platform dependencies.
Liability limitations, governing law, consumer rights carve-outs, and mandatory disclosures should be reviewed by counsel for each country or region served.
Nothing in these terms is intended to override mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
